Livingston shifts trucking, warehousing biz to Schenker
TORONTO — Livingston will transition its North American domestic warehousing and ground transportation businesses to Schenker of Canada.
Under the agreement, the majority of Livingston‘s ground transportation and domestic warehousing business will transfer to Schenker in phases over the next five to six months.
Livingston, which is known mostly for its logistics and customs brokerage services, says its employees working in its integrated logistics division will be part of the transition.
"We are very excited about this transition and believe it is a natural fit with our transportation business. We are committed to developing and strong relationships with customers and to providing them with high quality, comprehensive transportation solutions," said Schenker CEO Eric Dewey.
