Lou Smyrlis to speak on transportation trends

TORONTO, Ont. — Lou Smyrlis, Editorial Director of the Transportation Media properties with Business Information Group, one of Canada’s largest business magazine publishers, is slated to speak May 18 to the Toronto Trucking Association on transportation trends.

The presentation will cover: transportation service buying trends; the changing face of the Canadian shipper and how it will impact motor carrier partnerships and; how a coordinated approach to dealing with issues key to the survival of both carriers and shippers.
