LAS VEGAS, Nev.– Mack Trucks donated a 2014 Mack Granite model to the 10th annual Concrete Industry Management auction during the World of Concrete 2015 in Las Vegas this week.

Bids will be taken during the live portion of the auction and proceeds will be used for the establishment and development of CIM programs across the states. The CIM program awards students a four-year bachelor’s degree in Concrete Industry Management. CIM Truck

“Mack is proud to contribute to the CIM auction with the donation of a Mack Granite model,” said Stu Russoli, Mack construction segment manager. “It’s entirely appropriate that Mack – the construction truck leader – once again is supporting CIM and their efforts to grow the concrete industry by educating the next generation of leaders and managers.”

The donated truck has a 365-horsepower Mack MP7 engine and is equipped with GuardDog Connect.

“The truck chassis and mixer donated by Mack Trucks and McNeilus is the strong foundation we need to help ensure a successful CIM Auction at the World of Concrete 2015,” said Michael Philipps, CIM Auction Committee chairman. “We are very appreciative that these two industry-leading manufacturers have collaborated on a significant donation to our auction. It speaks volumes to their commitment to the concrete industry and the importance they place on the CIM program.”
