GREENSBORO, N.C.  – In an attempt to expand its support for customers and body builders, Mack Trucks has created a body builder order manager position and support team whose goal is to ensure effective collaboration between body builders, dealers, and customers during orders and installations.

“Mack has gained tremendous knowledge during many decades of working with body equipment manufacturers,” said Stu Russoli, Mack vocational segment product manager. “Our new body builder resources connect that insight to the order and body installation process to make sure critical information is shared from the time a truck is ordered to the time it’s delivered to the customer.”

The new body builder order manager is Gene Olenick. He will be responsible for developing and coordinating customer spec’s through the order process. The new support team will consist of experts who can answer questions during the installation process.

The new support team will be located in Mack’s new Uptime Center in Greensboro, N.C.
