Maxim Truck & Trailer Expands Services in MB, ON

BRANDON, MB- Maxim Truck & Trailer opened a new 28,000 sq. ft. facility in Brandon, MB, earlier in November and also bought out CC Poulin Equipment in Thunder Bay earlier this year.

Brandon Facility

Maxim Truck & Trailer opened a new 28,000 sq. ft. facility in Brandon, MB.

The new facility is located at 225 Middleton Avenue, just off the TransCanada Highway and features 12 service bays, a warehouse area and large parts displays.

Maxim Truck & Trailer expanded its services to Brandon back in the early 90s, but outgrew the original facility.

The company calls the new facility “a major investment in a very important market.”

Thunder Bay facility

In early September, Maxim Truck & Trailer bought Thunder Bay-based CC Poulin Equipment.

The purchase the Thunder Bay branch will have extended service such as rentals, leasing, trailer sales and services and expanded hours of operation.

CC Poulin was established in 1974 by the late Cliff Charles Poulin and his wife and partner Shirley Poulin. Most recently, the family business was owned and run by the Poulins’ three sons; Dan, Darrin and Dale, who will stay on with the company.

CC Poulin long-term staff will also stay on at Maxim’s Thunder Bay branch.
