MSM Transportation named to Platinum Club – again

BOLTON, Ont. — For the fifth straight year, MSM Transportation has been named to the Platinum Club of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies award program, honoring sustained excellence and leadership in Canadian business.

Five’s a charm for the company, which has achieved Platinum Club status each year since becoming eligible in 2003.

Platinum Club members must maintain their designation as one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies for at least six consecutive years, subject to annual operational and financial reviews. Determined by an independent panel of business analysts, Platinum Club designation has come to symbolize consistently high performance in every aspect of business.

“We are as proud of this accomplishment today as we were when we first achieved the ’50 Best’ distinction in 1997,” said Bob Murray, president of MSM Transportation. “Platinum Club membership is the result of a great team effort. Everyone at MSM shares in this award.”

The Platinum Club and 50 Best Managed Companies awards are sponsored by Deloitte, CIBC Commercial Banking, Queen’s School of Business, and the National Post newspaper. MSM Transportation will be honored with other Platinum Club award winners at a ceremony in Toronto on Feb. 25.
