MTA elects new officers, executive board

WINNIPEG, Man. — The Manitoba Trucking Association (MTA) board of directors has elected its officers and executive committee members for the 2009/2010 term.

 

The MTA made its selections at the association’s 77th annual general meeting.

 

Elected were: president Earl Coleman of Big Freight Systems; first vice-president Susan Snyder, Searcy Trucking; second vice-president Tom Payne Jr., Payne Transportation; and past president Clayton Gording, Reimer Express Lines.

 

The executive committee members elected are: Norm Blagden, Bison Transport; Greg Arndt, Jade Transport; and Keith McLeod, Glen McLeod & Son.

 

The board of directors elected at the AGM are: John Erik Albrechtsen, Paul’s Hauling; Greg Arndt, Jade Transport; Gary Arnold, Arnold Bros. Transport; Norm Blagden, Bison Transport; Dennis Clarke, Gardewine North; Earl Coleman, Big Freight Systems; Ron Cram, Cheval Transport; Bruce Danylchuk, E.B.D. Enterprises; Jacques Desrosiers, Dawson Road Transport; Gil Dube?
