EDMONTON, Alta. — The Northern Alberta Transportation Club (NATC) is encouraging its members enrolled in transportation logistics or traffic management courses to apply for scholarships being awarded by Transportation Clubs International (TCI).

Students enrolled in accredited institutions of higher learning in a vocational or degree program are eligible, provided they (or their family members) are paid members of the NATC.

"Last year two of the TCI Scholastic Awards went to Canadian students so it can be done!" NATC said in a release. "Let’s make sure this year our kids have the same benefits!"

If you know someone who qualifies for the scholarships, contact Paula Stephenson at laveau@shaw.ca or call her at 780-463-5824. Criteria information and an application form can be found online at www.transportationclubinternational.com. The deadline is Apr. 30.
