WARRENVILLE, Ill. — Navistar Parts recently hired on Joe Kory as vice-president of Global Distribution Operations, in an effort to bolster customer service.

Kory brings with him 18 years of experience in the industry, most recently at Paccar where he served as general operations manager for Paccar Parts and was responsible for operations in North America.

“Joe will help our team further improve customer service,” said Phyllis Cochran, senior vice-president and general manager, Navistar Parts. “With more than a dozen facilities globally, our distribution network is one of our key competitive advantages. Joe will work closely with our team to improve operational efficiency and effectively manage inventory.”

Prior to joining Paccar, Kory worked for Ford Motor Company in various roles including managing of the Hartford Distribution Center and redesigning and restructuring Ford’s North American distribution network, as well as positions in purchasing, logistics and customer service.
