Leyman Lift Gates
A new series of high-strength rear-mounted lift gates engineered for use with any dock configuration and on virtually any weight-sensitive commercial vehicle has been introduced by Leyman Lift Gates.

The new LVS 4402, 5502 and 6602 lift gates feature advanced, fully-automatic hydraulic operation, industry-leading load capacities and an innovative slider gate configuration that ensures complete compatibility regardless of dock design, the company said.

The gate quickly folds and slides into transit position beneath the vehicle, allowing for use on trucks and trailers with swing doors, and features four cylinders (two lifting, two tilting) for maximum capacity. In addition, the new LVS does not require the use of circuit boards to power the gate, eliminating the chance for road elements to inhibit the gate’s operation.

The gate’s bi-fold aluminum platform helps fleets achieve critical weight savings without
compromising load capacity. The maintenance-free platforms include integral foot controls and two foot-operated cart stops.

They are available in 4,400, 5,500, and 6,600-pound-capacity models and with platform sizes of 98 x 77, 98 x 70 and 94 x 70 inches.
