BELGRADE, Mt. (Feb. 9, 2005) — Every driver can tell a tale of being on the road with no rest stop in sight — or when they finally reach one, it’s closed.
Phillips Environmental Products Inc. has developed the PETT toilet that is compact, sanitary and easy to use. The briefcase-sized portable toilet sets up in seconds. It is the same height as a standard toilet when set up in a sleeper, weighs seven pounds and features a sturdy three-legged design.
Within the toilet is a bag system called the Wag Bag. When waste is deposited in the bag, it starts a gelling process, thus eliminating any spillage, splashing or mess. It even eliminates odor.
When done using the product, you simply seal the zip-close bag and throw it away. It is biodegradable and landfill approved.
