Ontario retread manufacturer inks supply deal with Bandag

MUSCATINE, Iowa — Bandag has entered into supply agreements with five additional retread manufacturers for its CONTINUUM brand Off-the-Road (OTR) retread materials, including J&M Tire International of Oshawa, Ont.

J&M Tire will supply both Bandag franchised dealers, and non-Bandag dealers, finished product using the retread materials manufactured by Bandag, says Mike Poirier, North American OTR sales manager, Bandag.

J&M specializes in sales and service of off-the-road tires for the construction, mining, quarry, waste, steel, container handling and other industries. The company serves customers in most of Canada and the US, and also supplies tires on demand to many other regions including Central and South America.

J&M Tire joins a large CONTINUUM manufacturing and distribution network. New CONTINUUM supply agreements have also been announced with Brahlers Truckers Supply of Jacksonville, Ill.; McDonald Tire Company of San Antonio, Texas; Southwest Retread Center of Albuquerque, N.M.; and W.W. Tire of Bryant, S.D.
