TORONTO, Ont. — The OTA is conducting a carrier survey to find out more about accessorial charges: how prevalent they are and what types of charges are being applied.

OTA members and non-members are invited to participate in this confidential survey that can be downloaded from the OTA Web site (click on Hot Links button to let of screen). Survey deadline is April 9, 2004.

Survey results will be shared on an aggregate basis only at an upcoming OTA seminar (Leading CEOs Share Negotiating and Billing Strategies). Information about individual carriers will remain strictly confidential. Carriers who participate in the survey will get a 50 per cent discount on their seminar registration fees.
