TORONTO, Ont. — A scaled back version of the Ontario Trucking Association (OTA) annual convention will he headlined by General Rick Hillier, Canada’s former chief of defense on Nov. 19.

The one-day event will also feature seminars that will address the economic outlook, sleep apnea, trucking trends, and electronic on-board records, according to the OTA.

For entertainment, comedian Tim Nutt will perform and the Good Brothers will close out the evening.

OTA is promising “recession-busting” prices and will soon be accepting early bird registrations. Sponsorship inquiries should be directed to Joanne Benac at 416-249-7401, etc. 230.
