TORONTO, Ont. — The Ontario Trucking Association (OTA) has produced road safety videos featuring the expertise of the OTA Road Knights Team. The videos share tips on how all road users can safely use Ontario’s roadways.

“The Road Knights have a wealth of safety information to share with Ontarians on road safety and safe driving practices,” said OTA president, David Bradley. “By using videos, their message of responsible road use can reach a wider audience.”

The videos, Sharing the Road with a Car and Sharing the Road with a Truck, were shot in June at OTA’s office and Bison Transport’s terminal in Mississauga. OTA Road Knights Ravinder Athwal and Daniel Santoro of Trimac Transportation Services Ltd., John Bonesechansker of Laidlaw Carriers Van LP, Jack Fielding of Bison Transport, and Road Knight Alumni Anne Finley of Sunbury Transport and Guy Broderick of APPS Transport Group star in the videos. Host Christina Howorun offered her professional reporting skills to help educate the audience on the importance of safety on Ontario’s roadways.

The videos are available for viewing on OTA’s site and will be shared on the OTA Road Knights’ Facebook page.
