LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Peterbilt is upgrading its Vantage level interior with new materials and an improved design.
The Vantage level, designed specifically for vocational markets, is Peterbilt’s most rugged and durable interior, says Dan Sobic, assistant general manager. "We are upgrading the Vantage with higher-grade materials that easy to keep clean. It will also feature more contemporary styling, improving the look and feel of the operating environment."
Vantage level interior is available for all Peterbilt daycabs, initially in Class A vehicles but Sobic says Peterbilt will be looking into including it in medium duty trucks as well. It features lower doorpads made of durable material, an optional map holder pocket available for both doors and the interior panel attachment design has been improved to simplify removal and replacement if necessary.
The vantage interiors will be available in the third quarter of 2003, for more information visit www.peterbilt.com.
