CALGARY, AB – Petrocapita Income Trust has acquired MJ Vallee Trucking, which operates seven heavy oil well fluid trucks, six trailers, a maintenance facility in Lloydminster, Alberta, and a storage yard.

The fleet, which operates exclusively in the Lloydminster area, counted Petrocapita among its clients.

The MJ Vallee Trucking brand will remain, but it becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Infracore Processing LP. That limited partnership holds the income trust’s wellsite treating and produced water disposal facilities in Alberta and Saskatchewan, a treating and disposal facility near Landrose Saskatchewan, as well as servicing rigs, fluid transport equipment, and other midstream assets for oil producers.
