SANTA FE SPRINGS, Calif. — Phillips Industries has opened an Eastern Canada distribution centre in Mississauga, Ont. Phillips officials said the new site expands the company’s commitment to the Canadian market by having multiple distribution locations providing improved customer support and on-time delivery performance. Phillips Industries now operates four facilities in the U.S. and Canada.

Leading the pack as distribution centre manager is Steve Toye, who will be joined by territory sales managers John Bailey and Daniel Gagne.

“Opening an Eastern Canadian facility, with a dedicated customer service team, and adding key sales personnel in Canada certainly supports our business in this important market,” said Rob Phillips, director of operations. “Phillips is focused on improving communication and meeting on-time delivery requirements for all our Canadian customers.”
