President of the TCA steps down

ALEXANDRIA, VA. — Chris Burruss, president of the Truckload Carriers Association resigned earlier today for personal reasons.

Chairman Shepard Dunn and other TCA officers are working to create a task force so the association can find a suitable replacement.

Currently, the staff is under the leadership of Bill Giroux (executive v.p.) and vice-president, Debbie Sparks.
