PTDI elects new board

ALEXANDRIA, Va. — The Professional Truck Driver Institute (PTDI) has announced its new Board of Directors and officers for 2003.

Ray Haight, president and CEO of MacKinnon Transport will take over as chairman and Roger Roberson will move to past-chairman. Mark Johnson, director of the National Training Committee of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters will be the vice-chairman. David Money, technical director of transportation training for Liberty Mutual was elected secretary, David Barefoot, vice-president and COO of the American Trucking Association will take on the treasurer role and Robert Hirsch, president of the Truckload Carriers Association will continue serving as PTDI’s president.

Other board members include; Don Bowman, Stephen Campbell, Steve Cleary, Mark Greenberg, Clark Gray, Tim Heerdt, Don Hess, Jorge Hinojosa, Kerry Kearl, Arlene Kirby, Harry Kowalchyk, John Kubala, Thomas Kube, Joe Marino, Robert McClanahan, Greta Nord, Van O’Neal, Clifton Parker, Jim Reed and Kim Richardson.
