Quebec appoints new transport minister

QUEBEC CITY, Que. — Yvon Marcoux was this week appointed Quebec Transport Minister for the newly-elected Liberal government.

The Vaudreuil MNA is a member of the Quebec Bar Association and has a background in administration.
As a member of the Official Opposition, he served as the MNA responsible for the Treasury Board and International Relations.

Marcoux also served on the committee for U.S. – Quebec relations, as well as the committee for Europe – Quebec relations.
