Ratchet is Micro-Tough

Mac Tools has introduced new Micro-Tough Ratchets, designed for repair or maintenance work in tight spaces. The 1/4-inch drive ratchet (part of a three-piece set that also includes a 3/8-inch and 1/2-inch ratchet) has a 0.735-inch head diameter-smaller than a penny-to handle the toughest jobs when a normal sized ratchet won’t do.

The Micro-Tough ratchet lives up to its name by being as strong as it is small. Its torque is equal to standard sized ratchets and exceeds American National Standards Institute (ANSI) specifications by 50%, the company says. It features a 72-tooth ratchet gear, allowing a ratchet swing of five degrees. A convenient quick release feature retains sockets and attachments.
