Richer Systems adds to management team

TORONTO, Ont. — Richer Systems Group Inc. (RSG) has recently announced several additions to its management team.<br>

Ken Chapman has been hired to fill the position of VP Product Development and Client Services, and effective immediately, Glenn Bryan has been promoted to Vice President Consulting Services. Also, Richard McKeel has been promoted to Manager of Quality Assurance.<br>
<br>
Chapman joins RSG to oversee the product development and client services teams. His groups will manage the design, development and support of the enrich transportation and fleet management systems. Prior to his appointment, he was the Head of Information Services for Pembina Corporation, Canada’s leading liquids feeder pipeline business. He holds the Government regulated Information Systems Professional (ISP) designation and is a Canadian Information Processing Society (CIPS) National Award Recipient for Outstanding Contributions to the Society.<br>

Bryan will be responsible for the Consulting Services Group who deliver consulting, training and project management services to new and existing customers of enrich. RSG is increasing the scope of services it provides to its customers. Bryan has held numerous roles of increasing responsibility for 10 years at Richer Systems, including senior analyst and his latest role as project manager for enrich customers in Europe. He holds the Certified Management Account (CMA) designation and a BSE in Mathematics.<br>

Reporting to the Executive Vice President, McKeel will be responsible for the QA team who conduct product testing, create documentation and deliver process improvement services on behalf of RSG. With the creation of this position and Richard’s appointment, the profile of QA will be raised significantly within RSG. McKeel has extensive professional experience spanning a 17-year career in the IT industry. He started with RSG in September 2003 as Senior Analyst.<br>

With the recent growth of the enrich customer base, Richer Systems has doubled its staff in order to meet demands for new services and to ensure continued momentum to improve business processes and product quality. The company has implemented new services, including enhanced Quality Assurance processes and a new web-based HELP desk call tracking system to add further support to its growing customer base.<br>
