Ryder eliminates language barrier for used trucks customers

MIAMI, FL – Ryder System, Inc. has partnered with telephone interpretation service, Language Select, to provide communications in over 200 different languages for its pre-owned vehicle customers.

Customers requiring assistance can call 1-800-USED-TRK (1-800-873-3875) to speak through an interpreter to a Ryder sales representative.

The service is available during the operating hours of Ryder’s Used Truck Centers.

Eugene Tangney, Ryder’s vice president of asset management and vehicle sales, said language should not be a barrier to conducting business.
