Schneider National picks Sprint to deliver communications services

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. — Schneider National Inc. has inked a multi-million dollar deal with Sprint to receive its voice, interactive toll-free and frame relay services.

Schneider National is North America’s largest truckload carrier.

In addition, Sprint has teamed with its > affiliate, Sprint Canada, to help provide the local expertise and resources to connect Schneider National’s locations in Canada

Headquartered in Green Bay, Wis., Schneider National is using Sprint’s voice and data services to support its $2.6 billion transportation and logistics operations worldwide.

> By using the Sprint relay network, Schneider National anticipates that it will realize cost and time efficiency as well as enjoy an easily scalable network that will allow the company to migrate into next generation high-performance IP (Internet Protocol) networks.
