“Finance is such an important aspect in how well a fleet operation performs,” says Lisa Devo, president of efleetmgmt. “This will be a great opportunity to build a bridge between upper management and the finance department and fleet managers.”

Some of the workshops planned for the event include: Strategies for minimizing fleet costs and maximizing revenue; implementing benchmarking results to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operating costs; and utilizing technology to measure and improve financial performance.

Budgeting and supply-chain management techniques will also be discussed. Registration is US$399 for efleetmgmt customers and US$599 for others. For more information, call 540 399-1010.
