Sharp increase in load-to-truck ratios: DAT
PORTLAND, OR – Last week saw rate increases for each equipment type due to the spot market demand growth.
The national average van rate jumped four cents per mile, reefer rates rose by one cent per mile, and flatbed rates climbed six cents per mile.
Load-to-truck ratios increased sharply for each trailer type.
