MISSISSAUGA, Ont. — Shaw Tracking has partnered with SpeedGauge to allow customers to identify speed limit violations and create reports that rate and rank drivers based on their speed limit adherence.

SpeedGauge is described as a simple, straightforward driver behaviour safety training tool that uses street-level speed limit analysis to identify high-risk driving behaviour. It uses GPS data to identify risky driving behaviour and informs fleet managers which drivers are habitually speeding on different types of roads.

“Our shared vision of providing superior fleet performance information to fleet management will make for a great partnership with Shaw Tracking,” said Bob Red, vice-president, SpeedGauge. “Safety and driver behaviour are critical factors today and we look forward to working with Shaw Tracking to bring our solutions to market.”
