HOUSTON, Texas — Shell has announced it is expanding its Shell Rotella Rewards program (previously known as the Shell Rotella Road to Rewards program) to include new benefits and prizes for members.

The rewards program allows owner/operators who choose Rotella T motor oil with Triple Protection during oil changes or for off-the-shelf purchases to collect points and qualify for prizes. Owner/operators can sign up for the program by visiting the company’s Web site at www.rotella.com/rewards. They must then submit proof of purchases so they can track and redeem rewards points through the Web site.

The Web site also has a feature that reminds owner/operators when they’re due for another oil change. The site allows owner/operators to track their general service and maintenance records, the company announced.

“With the newly renamed and revamped program, there are more reasons than ever for our dedicated customers to take advantage of the Shell Rotella Rewards program,” said Mark Albert, B2B installed channel marketing manager, Shell Lubricants. “Now owner/operators can receive benefits even beyond what Shell Rotella T with Triple Protection technology provides their engines.”

Prizes up for grabs include: apparel; clocks; computers; electronics; golf accessories; jewelry; lawn and garden tools; toys and games; travel and more, the company says.

The program is available wherever Shell Rotella T with Triple Protection is sold, including truck stops, dealerships and quick lube facilities, the company says. Owner/operators can register up to six trucks in the program.
