ISSAQUAH, Wash., — Stephen Petit, until recently the editor of Today’s Trucking, has joined The Siefkes Group, a business-to-business public relations agency based in Washington.

He will provide marketing and public relations services to the Agencys transportation clients, plus be involved in new business efforts. Petit, a highly-respected member of the trucking media, joined Today’s Trucking in 1993 and was a partner in the parent company, New Communications Group.

Petit grew up in Bellevue, Wash., and graduated from the College of Communications at Boston University in 1989.
