TULSA, Okla. — Tenstreet, a company that provides services and solutions to help fleets manage human resources issues, has launched a new tool to improve communication between fleet managers and drivers.

Tenstreet Xtend is a software program designed to allow fleet managers to quickly identify and correct issues or concerns with drivers, the company says.

“Our proprietary software and services enables employees and drivers to feel more connected to their employers,” said Craig Johnson, CEO of Tenstreet. “That, in turn, helps reduce driver turnover, builds driver loyalty, while giving fleets the opportunity to run their operations more profitably and efficiently with the best possible group of drivers.”

Tenstreet supports the program by creating customized metrics and call-out reports and the company can also provide personal contact with drivers to track issues and provide solutions.

“This creates opportunities for fleets to identify and react to recurring issues even if those issues are specific to a given terminal, driver type or any other variation,” said Johnson.
