PLANO, Tex. — Terion has announced that it has extended its existing contract with Verizon Wireless until 2005.

Verizon Wireless provides the largest geographic coverage for communications, which provide the backbone supporting Terion’s FleetView trailer monitoring system. Verizon enables Terion to provide reliable and cost effective asset monitoring services.

FleetView supplies fleet management information through the Internet via Terion’s hardware systems and software programs. It reports real-time trailer location and event status including an accurate determination of loading and unloading events with FleetView’s cargo sensor.
