Thermo King announces sales and service promotions

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. — Thermo King, a manufacturer of transport temperature control systems for the transportation industry, has announced several sales and service positions within Thermo King Corporation.

Bobby Greene is the new sales manager for District 9, covering Colorado, Louisiana and Texas. Greene joins Thermo King after more than 10 years with Dallas-based W&B Service Company, Carrier’s largest dealer organization. While at W&B, Greene served as service manager, regional manager and most recently, vice president. He was part of the dealership organization when it was recognized as Carrier Transicold Dealer of the Year in 1998 and 1999.

The new national account manager, Western Region is Mike Roberts. Roberts is responsible for leasing and financing opportunities, rail accounts, H.E.B., Transport Industries, National Dairy Holdings and Dean Foods/Suiza Dairies. Previously, he served as the District 9 sales manager.

John Mac Dougall is the new sales manager for District 6, covering Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Wisconsin and Canada. Mac Dougall returns to Thermo King after three years away. He has more than five years of previous experience with Thermo King, and was named Thermo King District Sales Manager of the Year in 2000.

Dave Forsmark was named District 7 sales manager, covering Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota and South Dakota. He has been with Thermo King for more than 18 years. Most recently, Forsmark served as product service manager, Marine Solutions.

The new District 2 service manager is Freddy Munoz, covering Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Eastern Pennsylvania and Rhode Island. He replaces Tom Bernat, who was named national account service manager, global and national accounts. Prior to this change, Munoz served nearly five years as field service engineer for Hussmann Corporation in Bridgeton, Mo.
