Trane Technologies completed the acquisition of CSTK, an independent dealer of its Thermo King products. The deal expands its company-owned service and sales footprint in the Northeastern and Central United States.

CSTK has represented Thermo King in those regions for more than 50 years, providing a full suite of transport refrigeration services, including installation, maintenance, and repairs, along with maintenance contracts and telematics services.

With the acquisition, CSTK’s operations transition into Trane Technologies’ Thermo King Americas business. The locations will continue serving their existing markets as company-owned dealerships. The acquisition includes 10 sites, the customer base, and a team of more than 200 employees.

“This acquisition brings us closer to our customers in important U.S. markets and strengthens our ability to deliver the high level of service they rely on every day,” said Adam Wittwer, president of Thermo King America, in the news release.

“CSTK has built a strong reputation over decades as a service-driven organization, and we are pleased to welcome their experienced team into the Thermo King Americas business. Together, we see meaningful opportunity to grow the business and continue advancing Thermo King’s leadership in temperature-controlled transport solutions.”
