Think you’re a highway star? Prove it
TORONTO — Who’s the best owner-op you know? Is it you or one of your contractors? Tell us and there could be $15,000 in cash and prizes for one hard-working trucker.
Our sister publication for drivers and owner-ops, highwaySTAR, is looking for nominations for the 2007 highwaySTAR of the Year.
When we say we’re looking for good owner-operators, we’re talking
someone who is more than a good driver. We know there are men and women in this industry who go way above and beyond the call of duty in their personal lives as well as the professional side, and it’s that off-duty contribution we’d like to honor.
To be considered for highwaySTAR of the Year, your nominee’s community contribution is as important to us as his or her driving record. If you know someone who gives it all at home as well as on the road, please let us know so we can consider them for the 2007 highway STAR of the Year award.
