Tickets for Truck World guest speaker on sale

TORONTO — Exclusively at Truck World in Toronto this coming April, Stephen Russell, CEO of North American truckload giant Celadon Group Inc., will be speaking to a room full of Canadian trucking execs and managers.

To be one of the attendees at Truck World’s opening breakfast on April 17, 2008, go to www.truckworld.ca and buy your tickets now.

As Keynote speaker, Russell will offer his insights into security, cross-border issues and the future of North American trucking.

If anybody has the inside story on such issues, it’s him. Not only is he the head of one of the continent’s leading cross-border carriers, but Russell is also on the American Trucking Association Executive Committee and Chairman of the association’s Homeland Security Policy Committee.

Celadon is also one of the safest truckload carriers in North America, with multiple first-place finishes in the Truckload Carriers Association’s National Fleet Safety Awards among carriers annually hauling over 100 million miles.

Truck World — owned and operated by Today’s Trucking magazine’s parent Newcom Business Media, takes place from April 17 to19, 2008 at the International Centre in Toronto. Tickets for the opening breakfast are $50 (plus GST) per person.
