Titan Expands GVW With New Trailer

Equipped with four air ride equalizing axles, including one steerable, a new trailer by Titan Trailers is the first permitted to run in Ontario and Quebec with a total truck and trailer GVW of 131,000 lbs.
Developed to comply with new Ontario and Quebec Transport Ministry guidelines and put into service in Northern Ontario a year ago to haul wood chips and forestry products, the Super Quad thinwall trailer increases volume, accommodating 24,000 pounds more GVW than other 53″ Tridems used today.
The trailer is all aluminum and fully welded, virtually eliminating rivet or bolt fasteners.
