Titanium Transportation Names New Legal Advisor

WOODBRIDGE, ON — Titanium Transportation Group Inc. has appointed Nia Karabatsos as general counsel for this trucking and logistics company serving both Canada and the U.S.

Karabatsos has a wealth of experience in corporate and commercial law, with emphasis on negotiating and executing mergers and acquisitions, corporate re-organizations and restructurings and financing transactions involving both public Toronto Stock Exchange-listed and private companies, according to Titanium.

She joins the company from the Business Law Group at Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP

“The addition of Ms. Karabatsos to the Titanium team is another crucial step towards our goal of becoming a $500 million revenue company,” said Ted Daniel, CEO of Titanium.

Titanium says it has approximately 350 power units, 1,100 trailers and 400 employees and independent owner operators, providing truckload, dedicated, and cross-border trucking services, freight logistics, and warehousing and distribution to over 800 customers.
