Titanium Transportation Signs Lease for Building New HQ
WOODBRIDGE, ON — The trucking company Titanium Transportation Group Inc. has entered into a lease with Caledon First Investments Ltd. for the construction of new headquarters.
The facility in Celadon, ON will not only accommodate Titanium’s head office operations but will include an integrated yard, warehousing and mechanical shop, according to the company.
The lease for the nearly 69,000 square feet of gross floor area will be for 15 years starting Aug. 1, 2016.
The lease provides for monthly rental payments commencing at approximately $160,000 in the first year and escalating to approximately $220,000 in the fifteenth year of the lease.
