Today’s Trucking, Transport Routier honoured by truck writers
LOUISVILLE, Ken. (April 6, 2005) — Canada’s leading business publication for the trucking industry won two awards at a Truck Writers of North America (TWNA) ceremony last week in Louisville, Ken.
Today’s Trucking took home a Gold and Bronze award for magazine writing, while its French-language sister publication Transport Routier won a Silver award.
Today’s Trucking senior editor Marco Beghetto was presented with the first-place Gold Award for his Jan. 2004 article “Pay Day” in the Best Feature category; while editorial director Rolf Lockwood was given a Bronze award for his story “The NOx Factor” in the Environmental/Regulatory category. Routier editor Steve Bouchard’s “Star Trek” piece was honoured with a Silver award in the General/Technical category.
