Top graphics draw praise from PMTC

NIAGARA-ON-THE-LAKE, Ont. — The brightest and best in vehicle graphics were recognized by the Private Motor Truck Council of Canada (PMTC) during the 2008 Vehicle Graphics Design competition, co-sponsored by 3M Canada.

It was the 23rd installment of the most colorful awards in the trucking industry and presentations were made by the PMTC during the council’s annual general meeting and conference in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ont.

Awards were presented in seven categories: Tractor Trailer Combination – Meyers Transportation Services (Turbo Images) and Dairy Farmers of Ontario (Toronto Digital Imaging); Straight Truck Cardinal Kitchens (International Name Plate) and Weston Bakeries (Turbo Images); Special Events/Promotion – T.O.B. Enterprises (All Graphic Supplies) and HBC Logistics (National Graphic Solutions); Night-Time Safety – Molson Canada (Toronto Digital Imaging) and 4Refuel Canada (Chroma Studios); Light Duty Commercial Truck – Magtec Products (Turbo Images) and Bare (Twin City Graphics); Identity Fleet Graphics – 4Refuel Canada (Chroma Studios) and Bruce R. Smith (Turbo Images); and Human Interest – Waste Management (Twin City Graphics) and The City of Cambridge (Speedpro Imaging TGT).
