MORGAN BAY, St. Lucia — The Toronto Trucking Association’s 2005 Convention is going to be held at the four star all-inclusive St. James Club Morgan Bay, St. Lucia.

This beautiful beachfront resort is situated on Choc Bay surrounded by gracious and spacious gardens. The facilities include 3 restaurants (1 buffet, 2 a la carte), 4 bars, 3 pools, 4 tennis courts, sauna, steam room, fitness facility, beauty salon, mini-spa, water sports centre and three rounds of golf per person per week at the nearby 18 hole golf course.

Included is roundtrip airfare from Toronto, roundtrip transfers, accommodation as selected, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Included are all international alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and afternoon tea. Also included are snorkeling, windsurfing, sunfish sailing, hobie cat sailing, banana boat rides, water skiing, pedal boats and 3 rounds of golf.

The flight details are as follows: February 5 – Departs Toronto 8:35 a.m. arrives St. Lucia 2:30 p.m. and February 12 Departs St. Lucia 3:50 p.m. arrives Toronto 8:25 p.m.

All accommodations include air conditioning, sitting area, cable TV, in-room safe, iron, balcony or patio, full bathroom, hairdryer, and coffee/tea maker. Standard room comes with garden view, terrace, 1 king or 2 twin beds. Superior room comes with the same as standard only you will have partial ocean view and balcony. Deluxe room comes with the same as standard only you will be on the ocean front and have a balcony or terrace.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Dinner a la carte (dress code, surcharge per person at Nicole’s Restaurant) – International alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, afternoon tea – snorkelling, windsurfing, sunfish sailing, hobie cat sailing, banana boat rides, water skiing, pedal boats day and night tennis, badminton, aerobics, golf (3 rounds per week) daily activities, nightly entertainment, Manager’s weekly cocktail party, beach chairs, pool chairs, towels and gratuities.

Prices are based on double occupancy. Single or triple occupancy prices are available upon request. Prices are based on receiving your booking and deposit by September 13th. Please note if booking after September 13th you should contact the TTA office for the new price, as you will not qualify for the early booking bonus. A non-refundable $150 deposit is required and the final payments are due November 29.

B. Superior Room Accommodation – $2,240.00 (includes all transfers and taxes)
C. Deluxe Accommodation – $2,360.00 (includes all transfers and taxes)

Insurance premiums will be added to the price as well.
