Toronto Trucking Association hosting productivity improvement luncheon

TORONTO, Ont. — The Toronto Trucking Association is hosting a lunch presentation on productivity improvement on Oct. 14. The presentation, featuring Bill Surphlis of Grant Thornton, will including tips on capturing market share, defending margins, filling capacity, creating new capacity and consolidating operations.

Registration for the event begins at 11:30 a.m. with lunch getting underway at noon, followed by the presentation. The lunch is being held at the Weston Golf and Country Club (50 St. Phillips Rd.) at a cost of $70 for TTA members and $115 for non-members. Non-members must pay in advance.
