Trailer Wizards, Trucks For Change Working Together Again

MISSISSAUGA, ON — Trailer Wizard gives $5,000 gift to Trucks for Change (T4C), a non-profit organization that matches trucks with charities. It’s the second consecutive year that Trailer Wizards is sponsoring T4C.

“With the impact we saw in our sponsorship with Trucks For Change last year, it only seemed right to align ourselves once again,” said Doug Vanderspek, President of Trailer Wizards. “As we all know, the holidays can be a particularly tough time for those in need. With all of the shopping, decorating and preparation that goes into the holidays, we sometimes lose sight of what’s really important.”

T4C is a non-profit collaboration of Canadian trucking companies and industry partners making a difference in communities by helping charitable organizations distribute donated food and materials to those in need.

“We’re thrilled and fortunate to have the continued partnership of an industry leader like Trailer Wizards. Their leadership in the area of community support is widely recognized, and greatly appreciated by the many highway carriers involved in our program, and by the many partner charities that the Trucks For Change program assists each year,” said Pete Dalmazzi, President and Founder of Trucks For Change Network.

Newcom Business Media recently helped T4C make a video, Filling Trucks, Fulfilling Needs, which shows the role that their growing network of trucking and logistics members has in their communities.

The video was broadcast multiple times on Shaw TV, informing the general public of the trucking charity and the positive difference trucking makes to peoples’ lives.
