SAINT-JEAN-SUR-RICHELIEU, Que. — Tremcar has announced with its recent expansion, it is finding many customers mistakenly believe the company services only Tremcar tankers.

The company points out it offers tank services, parts and components, certification and maintenance on all tank trademarks.

“When we opened our new service centre in Edmonton people posed the question, do you only service Tremcar Units? The answer is no. Our personnel is trained to work with all types of tanks, especially those circulating in the area. Whether it is a petroleum, chemical, dry bulk, crude or milk tanks – a Tremcar or not, we have the expertise to service you,” the company announced.

The company now has two service centres in Quebec, two in Ontario, two in Saskatchewan, one in Edmonton and two more in the US.

Tremcar also announced the retirement of Greg Chartrand. He will work as a consultant with a Tremcar distributor in Western Canada for the next year before fully retiring, the company announced.

“We would like to thank Mr. Chartrand for his dedication and wish him the best in his future endeavours,” the company announced.

His previous responsibilities are being assumed by Darren Williams, vice-president of sales.
