Truck News searching for Owner/Operator of the Year
TORONTO, Ont. — Truck News magazine is once again asking for nominees for its Owner/Operator of the Year award. The award program, now in its 19th year, is given to an owner/operator who exemplifies professionalism while also demonstrating a clean driving record, a commitment to safety and a track record of community involvement. Truck News facilitates the award with support from sponsors Mack, Castrol and Goodyear.
“Truck News is delighted to once again facilitate the Owner/Operator of the Year award,” said Truck News publisher Rob Wilkins. “Owner/operators represent some of the finest drivers in the business and we are proud to recognize the best of the best.”
The 2012 winner will receive a diamond ring, $6,000 cash, and a trip to the Fergus Truck Show in July to receive the award.
Nominations must be received by June 13. Forms must be filled out completely and nominee must have a clean driver’s abstract. To enter, contact Kathy Penner at kpenner@trucknews.com.
