Trucker gyms coming to Flying J locations
CHANHASSEN, Minn. — Let’s face it, running laps around your rig can feel a little silly. And get a little boring.
Snap Fitness has partnered with Rolling Strong — a health and wellness company for professional drivers — to offer proper gym facilities at 10 Pilot Flying J Travel Centers locations across the U.S.
Each workout center will be staffed by fitness professionals, and include modern fitness equipment. The monthly fee for the trucking community comes in at a reasonable $29.95, giving truckers access to not only the Pilot J gym locations, but also to any of Snap Fitness 1,300 locations.
Family membership options for the trucking community will also be offered.
Rolling Strong also offers programs on nutrition, a driver wellness handbook, as well as other health-related resources.
The first Snap Fitness Rolling Strong gym is scheduled to open in the fall, with other locations opening up throughout 2012. Click here for openings and more information.
