Trucknews.com up for KRW award

TORONTO, Ont. — Trucknews.com has been named one of Canadas Top 10 business Web sites, qualifying for a Kenneth R. Wilson award.

Last year, trucknews.com was named one of the Top 5 business sites at the KRW awards ceremony. Since then, the Web site has been enhanced with the additions of: An editors blog; the Cyber CB message board, a career site for non-driving trucking jobs; and an RSS news feed. The site continues to deliver daily news coverage of the Canadian trucking industry as well as a Feature of the Week.

Also up for a KRW award is an article written by executive editor James Menzies. The article Speed Limited, which explored the Ontario Trucking Associations controversial speed limiter policy was named one of the Top 10 articles in the business press in the Best News category.
