ABBOTSFORD, B.C. — The B.C. Trucking Association (BCTA) has reported that this year’s Truxpo drew record crowds.

More than 11,200 people registered for the Western Canadian trade show Oct. 1-3. The show featured 149 exhibitors at the 150,000 sq. ft. Tradex Centre.

An independent survey found 95.3 per cent of attendees rated the show as good to excellent, the BCTA says. More than 94 per cent said they’ll be attending Truxpo 2006 and 98 per cent of exhibitors rated the show as good to excellent.

Nearly all exhibitors said they plan on returning in 2006.
