TTA to feature economic overview at upcoming seminar

TORONTO, Ont. — The Toronto Trucking Association is featuring Paul Ferley, the assistant chief economist with RBC Financial Group in Toronto, who will offer a global economic overview at the TTA’s upcoming luncheon seminar.

Ferley is responsible for the analysis and forecasting of macroeconomic and financial market developments in Canada, the United States and key overseas economies, and is a regular contributor to a number of RBC Financial Group publications. Paul will review the market conditions in 2008 and give his outlook for 2009.

This luncheon seminar will be held on Thursday, Nov. 6, at the Weston Golf and Country Club, which is located at 50 St. Phillip’s Road. Registration is at 11:30 a.m. Lunch is at noon, with a presentation to follow.
